At Marble Inn & Suites guests are expected to follow these guidelines.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Advance bookings 6 months plus are subject to a 25% deposit non-refundable.
Group Bookings are subject to a 25% deposit non-refundable.
All Reservations may be cancelled 48 hours prior to check in date.
Cancellations without the necessary notice may be subject to full payment.
Credit card information will be required upon check-in for authentication.
“Kennel Friendly” Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed in specially designated “kennel friendly” rooms only. Pets must be registered.
Dogs are always to be leashed and placed in a secure kennel if left alone in the suite.
It is the guest’s responsibility to clean up after their pet.
Furniture is not to be used by pets at any time.
There is a $30.00 Hypoallergenic cleaning fee, plus $10.00 per day, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed.
Spa and Fitness Policy
The Mineral Bath is an adult only feature.
Steam Bath and Sauna requires adult supervisor for minors.
Diving and jumping are prohibited.
All children must always be accompanied by an adult.
The pool can accommodate a maximum of 20 people at one time.
Meeting Rooms & Conference Booking Policy
A non-refundable 10% deposit (including HST) is required to secure all meeting room.
All catering orders must be confirmed 7 days in advance.
Any cancellations without 72 hours of service will be subject to the full charge plus tax.
Marble Inn and Suites is an accommodations Company and prides itself on ensuring the peaceful enjoyment of the property for its guests. Any behavior that interferes with this mandate will be considered contrary to the terms and conditions of rental.
Rooms or Suites are never to be used for public gathering spaces.
Group Booking coordinator will be held responsible for the conduct of the group and will be advised by the General Manager of any problem. A 1000.00 deposit will be held against damage or noise violations.
Horseplay or sporting activity in lobbies, guest rooms, or any public area is prohibited.
Guest room doors must always remain closed.
There is general property quiet time of 10:00PM to 8 am.
Volume of devices must be kept low to be inaudible in the corridors or adjacent guest rooms.
Intoxication is not tolerated at the resort.
The individual(s) registered will be liable for all damages including damages suffered by the Resort because of noise or disturbance to other guests. 2nd caution of a noise issue results in a $200.00 fee.
A ratio of at least 1 adult to 4 youth (under the age of 16) is required.
We offer a 100% Smoke Free environment in all rooms and public areas. Violations fee is $200.00
