RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Advance bookings 6 months plus are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit.

  • Please review property upon check-in and notify front desk with any concerns within the first hour of occupancy as damage to rooms will result in possible charges.

  • Non – refundable bookings will need payment taken the day of booking

  • Excluding non-refundable bookings,  reservations may be cancelled 48 hours prior to check in date (4 pm on the second day prior to arrival) Cancellations without the necessary notice may be subject to full payment.

  • Modifications to your booking will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival, changes may result in a rate change.

  • Cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be assessed on a case by case basis.

  • A valid credit card will be required  for each booking. Marble Inn & Suites reserves the right to place a merchant hold on card provided for incidentals / damages that may occur during stay

  • Check-in time is 4 pm Check-out time is 11 am

  • Bookings require 1 adult for every 4 youth (under 16)

  • The individual(s) registered will be accountable for any damages.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

Marble Inn & Suites is an accommodations Company and prides itself on ensuring the peaceful enjoyment of the property for all guests. To make the stay better for you and your neighbor please follow these guidelines:

  • Rooms or Suites are not to be used for public gathering spaces.

  • Horseplay or sporting activity in lobbies, guest rooms, or any public area is prohibited.

  • There is general property quiet time of 10:00 pm to 8 am to help aid in a good night sleep

  • Volume of devices must be kept low to be inaudible in the corridors or adjacent guest rooms.

  • Intoxication is not tolerated at the resort, open alcohol in Public Areas is prohibited.

  • We offer a 100% Smoke Free environment in all rooms and public areas. Violations fee is $200.00

GROUP BOOKINGS

  • Group Bookings are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit.

  • Group Booking coordinator will be responsible for the conduct of the group and will be advised by the General Manager of any problems. A $1000.00 deposit may be held against damage or noise violations.

“KENNEL FRIENDLY” PET POLICY

  • Pets are only allowed in specially designated “kennel friendly” rooms. Pets must be registered.

  • Dogs must be leashed when outside their room and secured in a kennel if left alone.

  • We ask that all pet owners clean up after their pet.

  • Furniture is not to be used by pets at any time.

  • There is a $30.00 Hypoallergenic cleaning fee with a maximum of 2 pets allowed.

SPA AND FITNESS POLICY

  • Pool area can accommodate up to 12 people from 2 bubbles

  • Please book your session ahead of time to ensure availability

  • All minors must be supervised by an adult.

  • Diving and jumping are prohibited.

  • Please leave food and beverages in your room

MEETING ROOMS & CONFERENCE BOOKING POLICY

  • A non-refundable 10% deposit (including HST) is required to secure a meeting room.

  • All catering orders must be confirmed 7 days in advance. 

  • Any cancellations without 48 hours of notice may be subject to a full charge.
